For all you Chicago folk…
We are very excited to announce that John Wasem Band was recently invited to take part in the 93XRT Chicago Local Anesthetic Live Series! The show will be part of an ongoing series of shows that have showcased Chicago’s very finest up and coming performers. The John Wasem Band will be joining their good friends, Stellar Road, at the Cubby Bear (Wrigleyville) on Friday, February 8th. The event will be promoted on 93XRT the week of the show with 35+ on air spots featuring the bands. Also as part of the ongoing series, the band that draws the most people out during the series (currently running from Sept ‘07 to May ‘08) will receive 3 days recording time courtesy of UpTown Recording Studios. So PLEASE print out the attached flyer and present it at the door, and receive $3 off your cover. If you forget the flyer, don’t fret! You can just write ‘John Wasem Band’ on a scrap piece of paper, and they will accept it. But don’t you think this is a pretty snazzy flyer? See you at the Cubby Bear!
